Sports First Aid

This can be done as a 3hr course if time is tight, although you should check with your awarding body to see if they have a minimum course length.

3hr course outline covers:

First Aid Kit
Assessing injuries - bruises, breaks, sprains
Sprains (bandaging and treatment)
Breaks - (treatment, slings)
Dislocations - recognition and treatment
Priorities of treatment
CPR and Defibrillator
Recovery position
Spinal Injuries
Head injuries
Bleeding

Longer courses can cover more skills or more detail. Price varies depending on course length, number of delegates and location, and is generally a 3hr course. Books and certificates included.
