WHAT TO BRING ON COURSES

The more physical the course the more we recommend wearing trousers and flat shoes and older clothing, especially for things like first aid and manual handling. It´s always a good idea to bring a jumper and a fleece as some people are warmer than others and it helps to keep everyone happy. A notepad and pen is always a good idea and as we never provide food, please bring some if you need some (in a cooler if required). We always provide free drinks on the course; however if you want ´speciality´ drinks then please bring them with you.
If you have any problems with reading or mobility you have an obligation to let us know and reduce the physical participation as we cannot be held responsible for exacerbating any injuries on courses as you must take all reasonable steps to protect your own health & safety. If it hurts don´t do it. Having said that there´s no requirement to be Jane Fonda so we are sure you will enjoy your experience.
RECEIPTS AND CERTIFICATES ARE NEARLY ALWAYS GIVEN OUT ON THE COURSE or emailed in advance. This means funding can be claimed immediately where relevant; or you will have the approppriate paperwork for your records.
